Probably the best street fighting aspect of MT is the clinch range. Its a safe bet that a street thug isn't going to know how to counter this.
And like Creative said, a full force round kick is pretty devastating if you aren't prepared for it. But a lot of times in a street fight you are so nervous that each leg feels like its 100 lbs.
