As a practitioner of UK Lau Gar myself, could you give me anymore info about its origins? I've heard the SPM thing before, but never stated so clearly as here.
Jeremy Yau has quite clearly stated in interview that his style is THE Lau Gar, so it's very interesting to hear what you say.
