Dude, F@#$ products. just plan a good healthy diet and stick to it. Protein= strength.
For kickboxing and strength training, I would just sprint-run. I jog because I am lazy I had a torn knee ligament from wrestling and stomach cramps (ulcers!!) I still kicked ass. Sprint, Sprint, Sprint fast and try to always stay active. (hyper)
