I love the Woody dummy forms. I bought a video with all of them on there. Its bad. I use if for in fightin footwork, speed, agility, trapping, ect... Built a dummy myself for about $35 steel rods tough as nails. If anyone want manual on how to build there own i'd be happy to mail it to you. Just PM me. |
