I ran into this site while doing a search and it's seems to be a pretty good site for basic info on the different Kung Fu styles. http://www.chinesekungfu.4t.com/styles.html
I urge Kung Fu artists and non Kung Fu artists to read the whole site. It is very insightful. I haven't read all of the styles but the Philosophy and Lessons section is very interesting.
