[Muay_Thai_MGM]

Anybody have any suggestions for knuckle/hand care? For the last couple of weeks, my knuckle on my pointer and middle fingers have been extremely sore. It hurts to make a fist but they don't look swollen, and I can still punch the thai pads or focus mitts without much pain.

Does anyone suggest x-rays? I don't know much about the anatomy of the hand, but it seems like if something was broken there would be more swelling and pain when punching.
