Oh hell yeah!!! I just heard the announcement this morning on the radio!!! Chris Cornell decided to step away from Audioslave so Rage Against The Machine could get back together and do a reunion tour!!! I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm fuckin' stoked at the possibilty of seeing the original RATM in concert!!!

Let's just say I'm feeling "Calm Like a Bomb" right about now!!!

I know I'm going to be bashed for saying this, but I never liked RATM. There's just something about the main singer's voice that annoys the hell out of me. I'd take him over a whiney metrosexual with eyeliner though.

I just heard about this earlier tonight and I'm stoked as hell. I like both Audioslave and RATM, but I think i prefer Zach Delaroche's (sp?) lyrics and vocal stylings to Chris Cornell. I'm not a huge fan of rap, but Zach's rhymes really appeal to my distaste for government and politics in general. Although it really depends on what kind of mood I'm in as to which band i prefer to listen to. Mostly I'm just a huge fan of Tom Morello's guitar work. He's innovative and plays one hell of a six-string.
