Default Dislocated shoulder recouperation advice?

Okay I got my shoulder wrenched out on the weekend. Any advice for looking after it and getting it back into the best shape possible would be appreciated. Many thanks...yes it really hurts!

You poor bastard.

I've dislocated my shoulder a total of three times and as i passed 30- the pain only became worse and i never properly healed.

Rest it fully.

REst it fully.

Fully rest it.

Do not make light of his injury, fully rest it.

Oh- Rest it...fully!

Hmmm- nothing else...oh, except try to rest it...fully.

well it depends on what actually happened. I'm no doctor, so I dont want to tell you what to do incase it makes it worse. Usually they show you some stretching and resistance using the rubber workout bands.
