Default Training with a world class MMA fighter

This week I trained with UFC fighter Thiago Tavares and all I can say is wow! I have trained with world class guys before a few times but this guys energy is at a phenomenal level. UFC 85 was not a true indication of his potential IMHO. A really nice guy and he has some great techniques to teach as well!

He trains with us for the last time tonight then he is off round the UK to teach at a few seminars. Fingers crossed I might tap him hahahahaa!!!
