Default Request for a beginner training

Hello guys, I’m from Mexico and I’ve trained a little of wrestling, judo, traditional jujitsu, karate, boxing and kendo for about 13 year, but now I had to quit about 2 years because of work reasons, and I’m planning to return to train again, but I want to plan a week routine to gain strength, mass and conditioning, so I need cardio and working out exercises, I plan to get up very early in the morning and do that every day 1 to 1:30 hours, and train aikido 2 hours the Wednesdays and judo and jujitsu the weekends (8 hours 4 Saturday and 4 Sunday), what you recommend? I’m not very sure to do jogging because my knees ache, and as you should know Mexican level is under other countries levels like USA of Brazil for example, so what you recommend to get a first world level? I have a very good Japanese jujitsu master (Daniel Flores Hernández red belt jujitsu, he is 84 years old at this moment), but I think I need some complement in my training to get a higher level.

Thanks

PD I pretend to start a as a beginner, I’m blue belt at this moment, but this is very different from Brazilian jujitsu, so I need a starters guidance

Hi mate,

I recommend you just go train. Simple really!

well old school body weight training like push ups sit ups and squats. And for cardio if your knees maybe try skipping rope or jumping jacks?
