Great shit, mate. I like Bas Rutten, and I love his counter slam defenses.

The worst , and last fight Fight I`ve been in,was at a Bar. This is the short story.
A girl came to sit with our group, her ex was "stalking" her and thought she`d find saftey in our numbers. At closeing time, in the parking lot he confronted her and me. He had 3 friends with him, trying to talk him down wasn`t working ( normaly I`m very good at that) I walked away... He and his friends left by ambulance with 2 broken arms, 1 broken nose, and a dislocated knee.
The next day I felt so bad, I haven`t fought sinse.... just because you win doesn`t mean you`ve WON.
