I do agree with bamboo you primary duty is to yourself and your fellow soldiers to come home alive. This will become instinctual to you once the shit hits the fan.
I am retired from the military. When I have been deployed under stress I did find some relief in some mindless martial arts drills to relieve my stress. I do not practice the martial art that you do, so I can not tell you what drills I would do. Most practically they need to be something you can do alone. In karate we have kata, I don't know if you do any single person kata in your art but if you do these can be good for your situation. Be careful in your practice, some of your peers may take offence to it and ridicule you. Do it in private if you can. For training equipment take some rubber band type gear. Many things can be done with this and it takes up virtually no space.
Another method is to find a fellow martial artist. Find some common ground between you and develop a work out routine. Don't worry about staying specific to your style at this point, do what you can practically.
God speed to you, and come home soon.
