well-known fact #2

i study Kyokushin and do kata. as do most, if not all, Kyokushin dojos. you can also find Kyokushin kata on almost any Kyokushin website. you tired? get some rest, it'll be ok in the morning

op bro, i was surprised that there is Kata, I was told, by someone on this site that the whole thing about Kyokushin was that is was all out fighting (except no hits to the face) and there was no kata.

The range of kata practice in Kyokushin karate is quite extensive. They also practice mirror image versions & backward versions. This helps greatly to imprint the kata in the memories of practitioners.

panta - i see what you mean, someone obviously misled you. the all-out fighting part is correct, but we also do kata. didn't mean to be mean, just thought i'd rag on ya a little! lol
