Default dux ryu ninjitsu

Some of the guys that practice kajukenbo with me came with the discussion about Dux ryu. It turned out to be very interesting, one of them told me that the style is based on outsmarting and supperating the opponent in every way. For example, If my adversarie kicks as high as the face, in order to win, I should be capable of hitting higher than him(in this case lets say the head) with double his speed and power. They also told that they use the same tactic for conditioning. For, me it looks like a great training mentality. Anyway, I looked on the web for info and it was very limited. I was wondering, does anyone practiced under this style? If you do, Can you give an overview? How this style compares to other ninjitsu style? I heard that Ninjitsu was very similar to Kajukenbo, the discussion turned out to be very controversial, since the life of the founder(Frank Dux) inspired the movie Bloodsport many say his all hype. What y'all think?

Frank Dux is a known fraud and Dux Ryu has little if anything to do with ninjutsu. Stay away at all costs.

thank god lakan sampu mentioned the absurdity of the concept. yes, frank dux is a hoax...but with the concept you just mentioned, you might as well say:

fedor has some of the best throws and GnP in MMA

therefore, to be the best in MMA all i have to do is make my throws twice as good as his, get twice as good groundwork, and punch twice as hard.

the answer was staring me in the face all along! it's really quite simple. just be a better fighter than (insert favorite fighter here), and you're all set.

Dude!!! Jean Claude kicks major ass!!! Oh, wait a minute - I forgot - he got HIS ass kicked by his trainer!!! Fuckin' coke head...

Goku600 - please tell me that you don't actually believe everything you hear... I would REALLY hate to flame you for buying into the Hollywood movie machine and thinking that "Dux Ryu" is an actual system that's worth a shit...

I tell you what, ask your buddies to try and put some of that theory to work in a real fight and get back to us with the results...
