I am searching after an International Kenjutsu Organisation or an organisation governing Toyama Ryu.
Anyone with knowledge in such organisations?

I am Bob Elder from Orlando Florida, CSA. I represent the Zen Nihon Toyama Ryu Iai Do Renmei in the US. Also the Zen Nihon Batto Do Renmei from Japan. I am a direct uchi deshi of Hataya Yoshitoki Sensei, Kaicho of both the for-named associations. I am authorized to take these groups into Europe. I only receive plane fare, hotel and local beer as payment. The first seminars are conducted by me, if that works out in both our favors, Hataya Sensei will visit you next.
