bruce himself knew the wooden dummy forms,if that's what your asking.he used the wooden dummy to develop short range power as well as trapping, parrying, etc. that is used in wc's dummy.also he used it to slam his arms into it to condition his arms, dunno if wc peple do that

We do exercises like that, but there's an actual form consisting of about 108 movements, though it varies with lineage. In an interview Hawkins Cheung said that at the time he left Honk Kong, Bruce knew I think it was about 40 movements on the dummy, though I don't remember that well. I'll find the article if you want; it's a really good read. In other words either he improvised the rest of the JKD one, someone else added it, or it's a lot shorter than the WC version.

My old JKDC place, we didn't do Chi sao. We did other energy drills like Hudud instead. We had the dummies and the forms though. But Like Klown said they do not coner the full range of Wing Chun Dummy Forms.

I love the Woody dummy forms. I bought a video with all of them on there. Its bad. I use if for in fightin footwork, speed, agility, trapping, ect... Built a dummy myself for about $35 steel rods tough as nails. If anyone want manual on how to build there own i'd be happy to mail it to you. Just PM me.
