I read somewhere that it's actually already been vandalized. The chain for the nunchuk's chain and one handle were missing and beer/wine bottles were scattered all around it.

ahhhggggg my eyes!!! too bright!! bronze shouldn't be polished, it needs to age like a fine cheese, turning green/black with hints of white over time. smooth and shiny does not make good art. they should have bronzed his corpse, at least that would have been interesting. | | | | Super Moderator Black Belt 5th Dan

Being from Sarajevo myself, i don't think a statue is going to do much to ease any sort ot tension there is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serbs, Croats, and Muslims are all pretty stubborn and hard headed. | | | | | |
