Default Keysi Fighting Method.

Any information on this offshoot of Jeet Kune Do? Looks Interesting.

They have a section dedicated to it in martial arts illustrated every month, I bought a copy a while back and it looked pretty interesting, if your interested I think it costs about £2.50 which is alright if your in the mood for a laugh and looking for cheap martial arts gear

Apparently they have a 'nightclub room' where they teach students to practice their self defense skills while loud music is playing and many people are around them.

i dont know of this "art" but if they practice with loud music in a dance room.......that sounds to me like Capoeira.....they dont do all the flashy moves like Capoeira do they? if they dont then what about Tae Bo....self defense right? or am i way off track

far far from capoeira, its like badboy said, an offshoot of JKD.

They have empty hand work, groundwork and weapons work.
