Your joints are genetic and your biceps arent involved in thrusting punches forward anyway. The wrists probably wont get much bigger but if you want to strengthen them work on focus pads, makiwara (?), sandbag and heavy bag. Do that with total attention to form and body mechanics. You could also try things like wrist curls with weights or wrapping the rope round the bar exercise.

Another idea to strengthen the wrists (although a bit dangerous) are wrist push-ups. We did plenty in aikido, and i noticed how much more power and strength I had in my wrists. Also, wrist exercises, such as goose-necking, kotogaeshi, kotomawashi, etc...

There are a number of exercises that target the forearm. One common exercise is to attach a cord to the middle of a section of a broom handle or some other stick and attach at the other end of the cord a weight. You then rotate the stick in your hands so that the cord winds around it and the weight is lifted. Another good one is to use a 'false grip' during pull ups. This means pulling your thumb away from the bar so that only your fingers are involved. This will improve your grip strength and build your forearms.
