I remember my first sparring session they put me in with a man who was a foot or so taller than me and outweighed me by 84lbs, the only thing that went through my head was that quote about the coward and the hero... I got my ass kicked but at the end of the day there wasnt that dissapointment that I was scared, I did as much as I could, a few months later we sparred again but this time I got the better of him and that same quote went through my head again, wow...
