| LOL! You still in TKD mate?
I dont think its a dig at the art in particular, more a dig at how its been raped, mutilated and forced to ho itself out commercially on the streets and malls of America. The jokes apply to all MA, even 'MMA' and Im sure its only based on TKD because thats the most prevalent art in the malls.

| Dscott-
Maybe your relax advice should be given to bamboo rather than me.
Does anyone actually think that movie looks funny? Looks damn retarded to me, tkd player or not (which currently i am not). | | | | Senior Member Black Belt 5th Dan Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 2,908

| Why would I tell Bamboo to relax when I agree with him? Actually I do think it looks funny.

| You don't have to disagree with someone to tell them to relax.
Especially because a slew of curses does nothing to strengthen your point, but rather gives me the idea that your a grumpy old man.
The will ferrell comedy type has been done to death, 10 movies a year none of which are funny. Give me a break. Watch a real apatow style comedy.
-------
I'd rather you not attack me due to your belief that I am partial to taekwondo, its ill informed and untrue. I've become your typical bjj/mt clone in the past 2-3 years.

| Way I see it, there's only one guy sounding like a grumpy old man on this thread, and it ain't dscott or bamboo.
And your Apatow versus Ferrell comment seems a little odd seeing as Apatow's first big hit was Anchorman...
