That's a pretty sweet lookin' sword ya got there, RR. I could never take something like that apart and do a rerap and all that jazz. But, I see your electronics project board underneath the sword box, so I suppose you are mechanically and engineering inclined. Good job.

This is what you are looking for Bloody!

I basically did the same thing except for using paper wedges as guides. I did mine free style.

Freestyle meaning I had no clue what I was doing. I just did it. LOL!

But Bamboo linked to solid how-to-do-it-right instructions.
