Default MMA Video Technique Archive

This post is being made in attempt to create a massive library of free instructional material for FightAuthority.com forum members. There is alot of good material floating around google, youtube, and other sites for free, especially from small gyms and little known instructors who are trying to get thier name out there. Please feel free to add to this thread, and I will edit in the videos to thier respective sections. Video created by forum members is especially encouraged.

If any of the original authors of this material would like thier video removed, please simply send me a PM and I will remove it ASAP. None of the videos available exclusively to paying fightauthority.com posters will be included here. Any links to such material will be deleted.

Default stability ball for jujitsu

check out the "stability ball for jujitsu" on google videos. It looks to be a good way to train for improved body movement & feel.
