We’ve got a week until MAX, and I was looking over the line up. I was curious about some of the competition, there are a few fighters who I’m not really that familiar with.*** I don’t know about you guys but I’m really looking forward to watching Buakaw and Holzken.* I don’t know jack about Nicky Holzken.
I did a small amount of digging and this is what I found.** As always, if I’ve left something out or you actually know what your talking about… please don’t hesistate to contribute.** Holzken is a Dutch fighter and trains with Muay Thai legend Ramon Dekkers. It says on Golden Glory’s site that he’s 35-5 with 19 KO’s.** He’s a Dutch, European, and K-1 Sweden Champion.
Holzken is 183 cm or 6 ft. tall, and is built a lot like Sato. I like to think the primary difference (more…)
