Great job against a bigger guy...6 foot what!!!??? You must be 6' 3" yourself then! The way you kept composed after losing the first triangle, defending his strikes well and then slapping on the second was very impressive!!! Cool as a cucumber mate! When you uncrossed your ankles I was like "I hope he is going to do something now he's opened his guard"...and you did bruv! Well done!
As for critique...your low kicks were a good tactic and he looked like he didnt like them. You need to work on tightening them up so they are less telegraphed, raise the knee vertically before turning the hip over rather than swinging the leg from outside the shoulder width. But I suppose there are different ways of throwing the round kick so its up to you.
When you throw the round kick throw your lead hand towards his face rather than downwards and backwards which is a common movement I see in a lot of people. Throwing the hand to his face covers the line which he might use to attack your head with a linear strike while you are executing the arcing kick. It also helps to keep a little more weight forward which helps if your opponent trys to bundle you over. Practice perfecting your form in the mirror, shadow boxing and equally on the pads.
I think your jiu jitsu is well in advance of mine but when you apply the triangle from that position flex both feet upwards in a motion which should stretch the achilles and contract the front of the shins. This will cause your large muscles that wrap around the back and inner sides of the thigh to contract and multiply the effectiveness of the technique and how quickly it takes effect. Practice isolating the muscles which make it work in your drills.
Thats all I see, well done!
