Sorry, couldn't resist.
i would say that i agree with Zeff and friends here, also. How many women do you here of encountering violent crime in day-to-day lives compared to men? Or, barfights that are predominatly fellars?
Speaking of which, i heard an interesting story of something that happened down the union one night. I think a couple of guys began fighting (strangely, the bouncers didn't do anything), then, the crowds slowly grew, thanks to a lot of people, apparently coming along and saying stuff like, 'he's my brother, get off him!', and then his friends joining in, or something of the sort (and i thought the number of siblings at one university was rather low). Obviously, by then, i think the bouncers were getting involved.
Eventually the police were called. The unfortunate man who answered, happened to leave his car unattended with it unlocked, while going to chase someone. Some student noticed, drove the car and parked it somewhere else, left all the doors and everything open...i think he did something else too...my Arthur must tell me too much. Of course, the guy noticed, i think, before the car was out of sight, and began chasing them. He was so lucky it was just a student up to mischeif!
