Did you leave on good terms? If not i'd call well ahead of time to make sure your welcome but if you left on good terms i'd just show up early for class and talk with sensei in person.

i try to do forms as much as possible. Thats about it. Maybe some drills if i have a partner if not i do some in the air, but i prefer to have a partner when training anything but forms.
