| I can't imagine that he's really hard to beat in a fight. In fact, I keep on wondering how the fuck he can move his arms? I mean those muscles have to be in the way of every single movement he makes with his arms. Don't think he's unbelievably strong either. Anyway, 'freak' seems to be the right word for these people. I wonder how he does with the ladies... | | | | Senior Member Black Belt 2nd Dan

| i know people that know him personally and from what i have been told and i am not going to get into the details, he has been to hell and back, he is a pretty tough guy, he easily curls 225 for reps, his arms are real not implants and he currently writes a monthly colum for i believe, muscular development magazine.

| You know, the sad thing is is that most of these people will be dead by the time they're into their 50's - if they even live that long. If they do survive beyond that, they'll look like shit becuase there muscles will have atrophied so bad. Anyone seen the picture of Arnold walking on the beach in a Speedo? His chest is saggy and his gut looked like a women's after she just gave birth. I believe in working out, but taking chemicals and other drugs in order to look like a freak - sorry, my health is more important to me than how I look in a tight t-shirt...

I'm sure he's in better shape now.

| Regarding steroids, If you do your research and have your diet down and a few other key factors, you wont have health issues, problem is you have girls and teen guys taking this stuff and not knowing what they're doing, and they abuse/misuse it, or sports stars get their head up their ass and listen to some dumbass at a sports clinic and abuse/misuse it. You really have to research this stuff, cause the news only presents what they want people to know, or the reporters are dumbasses........and arnold's in his 60's, give him a break!!! | | | | Senior Member Black Belt 3rd Dan Join Date: Dec 1969 Posts: 1,635

| AR4 - I agree with you that CORRECT information and research are the most critical factors in taking steroids. Personally, I have NEVER taken them, nor would I ever - unless I'm told by a doctor that I have to. Even then I would get a second opinion... Anyway, as far as Arnold is concerned, he's still THE greatest bodybuilder of all time. Nobody will ever compare to him, even if they shatter his record of 7 Mr. Olympia titles. The only other ones that even come close to him are Lee Haney, Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman.
Here's an irony that constantly escapes me... Ronnie Coleman is (or was) a police officer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. As an officer, it's his duty to bust people for possession of illegal drugs. So, how does he get away with steroid use?
Oh, I forgot, he's all natural just like the rest of them...

| They can get prescriptions at hormone replacement clinics.....oops shouldnt have said that too loud . Some are legal some arnt. Lots of cops use roids, it helps for when your handling someone on PCP for example. | | | | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 1969 Posts: 123

| nbotary, I've always wondered about that as well, how can Ronnie Coleman use Roids when he's a cop? I'm guessing they don't piss test w/out a warning, gotta give him time to break out "The Original Whizzinator" ala Onterrio Smith, the Minnesota Vikings running back who got busted with one in his luggage at an airport! | | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
