From what I know, they work like they are supposed to, but they are super expensive, but watch out for the NO2 booster stuff, too much arginine is bad. There's stuff out there that work as good or better thats also alot cheaper.
Xyience is just an expensive product that is marketed through the ufc, sure it will work fine but like rocker said it is just a more expensive form of many other brands out there
i used xyience once. it totally kicked ass- i was magically transported to a desert with heavy bags and trucks, and totally ran around hauling them around and hitting them.
I use NOX C3G before most of my workouts and I can't say it made me an animal. But it helps my recovery like nothing I have ever taken. I would recomend it to anyone. You can catch it at GNC for a good price if your a member.
