We do something similar. My instructor has plenty of ideas how to make things harder! You only need give some indication, or not, and he's up for it. Generally, he keeps things pretty low though.

Thats dropsets dscott lol. Super sets would be using 2 different exercises right after another, whether its the same body part or not. Like going from bench to flies immediately. Both i like to say, are for people more advanced in the fitness thing.
