You can do incline crunches starting with say a 25lb plate, holding it against your upper chest. Work up to 35, then 50lb plates.
There are a lot of medicine ball exercises for the stomache, eg., lay on the floor on your back, have your partner stand over you holding the ball. He will drive/throw the ball onto your stomache. Allow the ball to strike you, then throw it back up to your partner. Repeat 25 times. Do 4 sets. |
