ok so i do kickboxing with strength training so because we do do strength training it takes away from cardio. So i was thinking instead of paying double (doing kickboxing and the gym) i was thinking of doing cardio at home what do you think ???? and if good idea any dvds you may suggest would be helpful i am trying to get ready for a trip and need to lose at least ten pounds by may so i think because i have not lost any weight in the past two months that i need more cardio ????? i do eat healthy by the way helppppp

why not just jump rope or hit a heavy bag thats good for cardio

Dude, F@#$ products. just plan a good healthy diet and stick to it. Protein= strength.
For kickboxing and strength training, I would just sprint-run. I jog because I am lazy I had a torn knee ligament from wrestling and stomach cramps (ulcers!!) I still kicked ass. Sprint, Sprint, Sprint fast and try to always stay active. (hyper)
