Default What do you think of my diet & fitness plan??

Diet:
Breakfast - 1 serving post banana nut cruch cereal, with 1/2 cup 2% milk.

Lunch - Same as breakfast

Dinner - 1 serving lean meat/poultry with 1 serving baked/mashed potatoe & 1serving veggies (greenbeans, carrots, or corn)

Drink nothing but water/crystal light (maybe sweet tea w/dinner)

Fitness:

at least 300 minutes of cardio a week (www.shape.com/meltdown too see the exact cardio routines) strength training (not alot, just to tone my muscles) mon, wed, fri.

I will also be taking a multi vitamin everyday.

Does this sound sensible? Any input is appreciated! Thanks!
Oh and I'm 21, 5'3, 130 lbs (I gained 5 for some reason, thats why I'm doing this) I am wanting to get down to at least 120lbs, but would rather be 115lbs... Doing this howlong do you think it would take for me to reach the goal of 120lbs? what about 115lbs? I am hoping to be done intime for summer! Thanks!
potatos are veggies & all veggies have carbs... they are just the good kind!
I will make it 2 servings of veggies then...

Not enough veggies in your diet. my dietician recommends 900 gms a day. atleast try and get 600 gms. potataoes r not veggies BTW. they r carbs.
