Default Sand bag training

Have any of you tried sandbag workouts? If so, could you tell me some exersizes you do?

I have been training with them for my strength workouts for a while now, and really think it works well; I'm just looking for some different exersizes to incorperate into my routine.

Tell me what you think of what I already do:

Hold and walk up and down stairs w/ 120lb x2
Squats w/120lb x10
BW Lunge+Step up w/80lb x5 on each side
Clean & Press w/80lb x10
Standing press w/ 80lb x10
Laying Press w/80lb x20
Sit ups w/ 40lb x10
Turkish get ups w/ 80lb x5 on each side
Lateral pull ups w/ 80lb x10
pushups w/ 40lb x15
chinups x10 overhand x10 underhand

usually do a 2-3 loops of this circuit.

That sounds great! But what is a Turkish get up?

Oh, a Turkish getup goes like this...if I can explain it so that it makes sense.

Lie on your back with the bag (or weight) held on your shoulder.

Keeping the bag pined to your shoulder, pivot up on to your elbow, and then on to your hand.

Keeping the bag pined to your shoulder, push up to a kneeling position on one knee like your being knighted, and finally drive up to a standing position with your standing leg.

Then do it backwards to return to the begining position.

It takes some practice to get used to it, but believe me it is a full body exersize.
