Default What a good training to improve speed

i just started TKD a month ago, but i want progress, fast progress. for strength training i'm fine with that and i have my own log. well i jsut want to know if you guys can give me some pointers or drills in order to increase my speed, mainly kicking speed and foot work. i can kick properly with power and everything, i'm jsut thinking if i increase my speed i can add power to it and be able to switch right away to do more damage. well thanks guy for your time and effort.

Default my fav thing to do for speed leg kicks is

get some tape 4 inches long and make an X with it then you jump top left top right bottem right bottem left and go about 2-5min ur when you feel sore just stop and time urself on ur fastest 5total circles put togher you should be able to do around 80+ matters on age stay on the tip of ur toes or you won't really train in speed just in landing ur feet flat
