how old is your borther?
10? i just mean, it's, well, not too much weight and i don't know, just wondering. i don't mean to be offending or something, it's just... well, he doesn't seem like a really strong guy.
how long has he been working out and yes, how old is he?

He needs something for the rear deltoid and a 2nd thing for traps. And this is just PART of his routine correct? Need any help, ask.
