As the title says. I'm back and, to get things going again on this forum, I'm posting a link to my training log on the RMAX forums. I'm currently almost one-fifth of the way through a 100-day foundation phase, focusing on GPP/SPP conditioning for fighting and body-hardening for shrugging off strikes and smashing bitches (read: Iron Body and Iron Palm). I'll bump this thread every day that I post a new entry to the log, but I'm really too lazy to replicate the whole thing here.
